- De set omvat:
- 1 stevige basisplaat, 20 mm dik, voorzien van pennen
- 1 flexibele en omkeerbare polyethyleen snijplaat (1,5 mm dik) met perforaties voor optimale bevestiging op de pennen van de basisplaat.
- Met dit systeem bent u goedkoper uit dan wanneer u snijplanken volledig moet vervangen of moet laten bijschaven.
- 1) Snijplaten kunnen snel en goedkoop worden vervangen wanneer ze versleten zijn en waardoor u risico's van bacteriële besmetting kunt verkleinen.
- 2) U behoudt altijd een perfect vlak snijvlak omdat de basisplaat niet onderhevig is aan slijtage.
- 3) De plaat waarop u snijdt, blijft altijd optimaal op de plank bevestigd dankzij de pennen.
- 4) De platen zijn eenvoudig uit elkaar te halen zodat u gesneden voedsel in één beweging kunt verplaatsen naar een pan of bak.
- 5) Flexibele en afzonderlijk gekleurde platen zijn optioneel verkrijgbaar om te kunnen voldoen aan HACCP-vereisten en het risico op kruisbesmetting te beperken.
