Ideaal om kartonnen dozen of zakken snel af te sluiten en te identificeren, en om ze veilig te verzenden. Manutan heeft een groot assortiment tape, zoals polypropyleentape, pvc-tape, transparante tape, gekleurde tape enzovoort. Als je in de transportsector werkt, is het belangrijk om de juiste tape te kiezen voor je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wij raden je aan om te kiezen voor tape die geruisloos af te rollen is voor optimaal comfort. Deze hecht onmiddellijk en langdurig. Zo sluit je je pakketten en kartonnen dozen stevig af. De tape is goed bestand tegen scheuren, vocht en temperatuurschommelingen. Voor het versturen van breekbare producten is bijvoorbeeld de tape met 'breekbaar' erop ideaal om de kartonnen dozen af te sluiten. De handmatige tapedispenser is goed hanteerbaar en eenvoudig in gebruik. Ideaal om kartonnen dozen, postpakketten en kartonnen enveloppen snel af te sluiten. De dispenser zorgt voor continue spanning op de tape, zodat het afrollen gemakkelijk gaat. Met de trekker op de handgreep is de tape eenvoudig af te snijden. Deze tapedispenser bespaart je tijd tijdens het inpakken. Tot slot hebben we ook verschillende soorten handtackers, elektrische of handmatige spijker-/nietmachines, pneumatische nietmachines enzovoort. Hiermee kun je kartonnen dozen veilig afsluiten voor de verzending.

Hoe kies je de juiste tape voor elke toepassing?

Polypropyleentape hecht perfect op materialen zoals karton of plastic. Deze tape is heel stevig en bestand tegen temperatuurschommelingen, dus geschikt voor transport naar landen waar het warmer of kouder is. De geruisloze polypropyleentape biedt dezelfde voordelen als de gewone polypropyleentape, maar heeft als extra troef dat hij geruisloos afrolt. Pvc-tape wordt ten slotte gebruikt voor het afsluiten en beveiligen van kartonnen dozen. Deze tape is zeer bestendig en kan goed beheerst en regelmatig worden afgerold. Sommige soorten tape kunnen met de hand worden gescheurd. Ze kunnen worden verwijderd zonder resten achter te laten, maar zijn wel gevoelig voor temperatuurschommelingen, in tegenstelling tot polypropyleentape. Voor het versturen van breekbare producten is bijvoorbeeld de tape met 'breekbaar' erop ideaal om de kartonnen dozen af te sluiten. Zo zijn de pakketten gemakkelijk te herkennen en worden ze veilig behandeld tijdens het transport.

Wat zijn de voordelen van een dispenser?

Een handmatige of mechanische dispenser maakt het afrollen van tape gemakkelijk. Met een druk op de knop hecht de tape zich aan de kartonnen doos. Een dispenser is betrouwbaar, handig en veilig bij intensief gebruik, zonder risico op verwondingen. Hiermee bespaar je kostbare tijd.
