En 2020, la crise sanitaire lui donne un nouveau coup d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur. Face \u00e0 ce succ\u00e8s, la qualit\u00e9 du packaging est plus que jamais un incontournable levier de croissance de tout bon e-commer\u00e7ant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<figure class=\"post-hero\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/AdobeStock_399493089_e-commerce-scaled-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n      <\/figure>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p>Selon un rapport d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecommerce-europe.eu\/\">Ecommerce Europe<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurocommerce.eu\/\">EuroCommerce<\/a>, le chiffre d\u2019affaires de l\u2019e-commerce en Europe devrait cro\u00eetre de 12.7 % en 2020, pour atteindre 717 milliards d\u2019euros. Au total, l\u2019Europe repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 elle seule 30 % de l\u2019e-commerce mondial. Outre la qualit\u00e9 du produit livr\u00e9, \u00e9videment essentielle, la performance logistique est bien s\u00fbr l\u2019un des principaux enjeux de l\u2019e-commerce. Or cette performance repose en partie sur la qualit\u00e9 du packaging.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Un packaging adapt\u00e9 aux enjeux de la logistique<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Adapter l\u2019emballage aux conditions de transport<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Il va de soi que le packaging doit assurer la protection du produit, mais aussi garantir ses parfaites conditions de conservation tout au long de la livraison. N\u2019oubliez pas que le colis changera d\u2019environnements \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours de son acheminement. De <b>la table d\u2019emballage<\/b> en entrep\u00f4t jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la remise en main propre au client final, \u00a0le produit sera pass\u00e9 par plusieurs mains. L\u2019emballage doit \u00eatre suffisamment solide, mais aussi suffisamment rembourr\u00e9, pour garantir la protection contre les chocs susceptibles de se produire. Les dimensions des colis doivent aussi \u00eatre pens\u00e9es pour faciliter la manutention et optimiser les chargements. Evitez par exemple le suremballage. Inutile \u00e9galement d\u2019emballer vos produits dans des colis trop grands. Certes, ils permettront sans doute plus de rembourrage, mais ils prendront aussi beaucoup de place inutile dans les camions de livraison. Le risque est finalement de transporter du vide et d\u2019augmenter le nombre de rotations. Ce qui aura fatalement un impact sur la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et environnementale li\u00e9e au transport de vos colis. Un effort de rationalisation dans ce domaine aura un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la fois sur vos co\u00fbts, sur la satisfaction client, ainsi que sur votre politique RSE.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Adapter l\u2019emballage aux caract\u00e9ristiques du produit<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter ces \u00e9cueils, choisissez plut\u00f4t des emballages parfaitement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chacun des produits exp\u00e9di\u00e9s. Si un carton classique pour l\u2019emballage secondaire et des films de protection pour l\u2019emballage primaire suffisent largement pour le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter, c\u2019est \u00e9videmment moins vrai pour les produits plus fragiles, comme le vin ou les fleurs. Pour garantir de parfaite conditions de transport, une bouteille en verre m\u00e9rite par exemple un contenant alv\u00e9ol\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique, avec un espace pr\u00e9vu pour chaque bouteille et des bords renforc\u00e9s. Et bien s\u00fbr, en particulier dans le secteur de l\u2019e-commerce alimentaire, les emballages primaires et secondaires doivent assurer le parfait respect des conditions de conservation des produits.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Des emballages qui facilitent les retours<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ups.com\/assets\/resources\/media\/knowledge-center\/ups-pulse-of-the-online-shopper.PDF\">une \u00e9tude d\u2019UPS<\/a>, 76 % des internautes consultent les conditions de retour avant de valider une commande en ligne. Plus la proc\u00e9dure sera simple, rapide et pratique, et plus le client sera rassur\u00e9 et fid\u00e8le. Les colis et les emballages sont en premi\u00e8re ligne pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cet imp\u00e9ratif. Id\u00e9alement, le colis doit donc \u00eatre facilement refermable et r\u00e9utilisable. S\u2019il souhaite retourner le produit, le client n\u2019a ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 le remettre dans son colis d\u2019origine, le refermer, et le tour est jou\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><b>Le packaging, votre premier ambassadeur<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Packaging et communication<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas, avant m\u00eame de voir son produit, le client verra d\u2019abord votre colis\u00a0! C\u2019est dire \u00e0 quel point il est essentiel que votre marque soit facilement identifiable directement depuis l\u2019emballage. Ce dernier sera votre premier ambassadeur. Il doit donc incarner votre univers de marque.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif du packaging est ici de faire en sorte que le client \u00e9prouve du plaisir \u00e0 recevoir votre colis plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un autre. Dans un univers du retail plus que jamais structur\u00e9 autour de l\u2019e-commerce, le choix du logo, de la couleur, de la forme et de la taille d\u2019un colis participe pleinement \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de communication d\u2019une marque. D\u2019autant qu\u2019une tendance fait aujourd\u2019hui fureur en ligne\u00a0: celle de l\u2019unboxing o\u00f9 des clients se filment en train de d\u00e9baller les colis qu\u2019ils viennent de recevoir. Le web devient ainsi un espace de promotion gratuit, assur\u00e9 par les clients eux-m\u00eames. A la condition toutefois que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client li\u00e9e au packaging soit parfaitement r\u00e9ussie. Un colis peu identifiable ou abim\u00e9, difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9faire, et le bad buzz est assur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Packaging et territoire de marque<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Encore une fois, dans le monde de l\u2019e-commerce, le colis constitue le premier point de contact physique entre vous et votre client. L\u2019une de ses fonctions est donc d\u2019entretenir un lien \u00e9motionnel fort entre les acheteurs et la marque \u00e0 laquelle ils font confiance. C\u2019est pourquoi la totalit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client li\u00e9e au packaging doit entrer en coh\u00e9rence avec les valeurs v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es par la marque. Par exemple, une marque qui afficherait de forts engagements environnementaux, mais qui n\u00e9gligerait de recourir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9co-conception de ses emballages prendrait le risque de perdre en cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 aux yeux de ses clients.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Packaging et politique RSE<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9occupation environnementale est aujourd\u2019hui pleinement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e par nombre d\u2019entreprises. Elle correspond aussi \u00e0 une forte attente, clairement exprim\u00e9e, de la part des consommateurs. Une marque capable de proposer un packaging eco-friendly aura toutes les chances de remporter les suffrages de ses clients.
