Pourtant, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.be\/blog\/fr-be\/durabilite-lieu-travail\/gestion-des-archives-des-astuces-pour-une-meilleure-vision\/\">archives papier<\/a> occupent toujours un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans de nombreuses entreprises, et la loi oblige m\u00eame parfois de garder des documents sur papier. En bref\u00a0: il reste important de <b>ranger correctement<\/b> vos documents papier. Faites-le r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter que la pile devienne trop grande, et faites souvent le grand nettoyage dans les archives\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2>Tout commence avec une structure logique<\/h2>\n<p>Les documents administratifs ordonn\u00e9s et les bonnes archives ont besoin d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb ou, autrement dit, d\u2019une <b>structure logique<\/b>. Si le syst\u00e8me choisi est clair, tout le monde doit le respecter continuellement afin que cela devienne un <b>automatisme<\/b>.
