Voici les r\u00e9ponses aux questions que vous vous posez sur l\u2019**indemnit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail**.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<figure class=\"post-hero\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/thuiswerkvergoeding.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n      <\/figure>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<h2>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel\u00a0: pr\u00e9voir une indemnit\u00e9 dans le contrat de travail<\/h2>\n<p>Nombreuses sont les entreprises qui autorisaient leurs salari\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 domicile avant m\u00eame la crise du coronavirus. Ces accords li\u00e9s \u00e0 un <b>t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dit \u00ab\u00a0structurel\u00a0\u00bb<\/b> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement repris dans une annexe au contrat de travail qui mentionne ou non un \u00e9ventuel remboursement partiel des frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 ce travail \u00e0 domicile. Si un tel remboursement est pr\u00e9vu, celui-ci s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 10\u00a0% du salaire brut du travailleur. Lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, un salari\u00e9 gagne donc son salaire brut \u00ab\u00a0habituel\u00a0\u00bb de m\u00eame que 10\u00a0% de ce salaire journalier. Pour citer un exemple concret\u00a0: votre contrat de travail pr\u00e9voit deux\u00a0jours de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur\u00a0cinq par semaine\u00a0? Vous recevrez alors une <b>indemnit\u00e9<\/b> \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 10\u00a0% de 2\/5 de votre salaire brut. Cette indemnit\u00e9 vise par ailleurs \u00e0 couvrir tous les frais suppl\u00e9mentaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des frais de chauffage, d\u2019achat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.be\/blog\/fr-be\/ergonomie-lieu-travail\/adopter-une-position-assise-ergonomique-choisir-le-bureau-ideal-en-4-etapes\/\">mobilier ergonomique<\/a>, d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.be\/fr\/mab\/accessoires-pc-ordinateur-portable-et-tablette\">accessoires IT<\/a> ou de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutan.be\/fr\/mab\/papeterie-et-fournitures-de-bureau#productBeginIndex:0&#038;orderBy:7&#038;\">fournitures de bureau<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail occasionnel\u00a0: pr\u00e9voyez une indemnit\u00e9 de bureau<\/h2>\n<p>Les employeurs chez qui le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail occasionnel \u00e9tait la norme avant la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus peuvent aujourd\u2019hui proposer une indemnit\u00e9 de bureau \u00e0 leurs salari\u00e9s qui t\u00e9l\u00e9travaillent plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Cette indemnit\u00e9 de bureau mensuelle s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <b>129,48\u00a0\u20ac<\/b> et est vers\u00e9e aux personnes qui t\u00e9l\u00e9travaillent cinq\u00a0jours par mois au minimum. Elle est exon\u00e9r\u00e9e de toutes charges sociales et ne doit pas \u00eatre formellement reprise dans le contrat de travail. Si l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de bureau de 129,48\u00a0\u20ac d\u00e9passe le montant qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 10\u00a0% du salaire brut du salari\u00e9 en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, l\u2019employeur peut d\u00e9cider de ne pas verser cette indemnit\u00e9 de bureau.<\/p>\n<h2>Indemnit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires pour t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/h2>\n<p>Outre l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de bureau, un employeur peut \u00e9galement octroyer <b>deux\u00a0fois maximum vingt\u00a0euros<\/b> \u00e0 ses salari\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Les premiers vingt euros visent \u00e0 compenser l\u2019usage d\u2019un ordinateur (portable) personnel si vous ne fournissez pas d\u2019ordinateur de travail ou que l\u2019ordinateur fourni ne peut \u00eatre emport\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile. Un second montant de maximum vingt\u00a0euros peut lui aussi \u00eatre vers\u00e9 pour couvrir les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 Internet.
